Farm Animals

WoodHaven is currently home to:

1 Pig and 1 Steer

*We are not able to accept any other cattle or pig rescues at this time, due to space requirements.

Henry

Henry came to WoodHaven Rescue as a 5 pound runt… and has grown into a handsome BIG BOY. Henry is the smartest of all of the animals here at the farm, and is much beloved by all who meet him. He loves taking mud baths, sunbathing, playing in his water tub, getting back rubs… and sleeping. Henry’s favorite foods are bananas, apples and pears.

Franklin

Franklin came to WoodHaven in late summer 2021. He was born with contracted tendons and was unable to stand or walk. With the help of braces and lots of physical therapy, Franklin has made a great recovery! Named Franklin after President FDR who also wore braces, we are happy Franklin is at WoodHaven to greet everyone who visits. Franklin loves to play fetch with his jolly ball, and adores under the chin scratches. He is truly a giant pasture puppy!
