Open House Vendor Information & Application

2026 Fall Open House - October 3rd from 11 am - 4 pm

WoodHaven Rescue Farm is a 501(c)(3) non-profit animal rescue farm located in Lafayette, Indiana. Our mission is to help farm and domestic animals in need through rescuing, rehabilitating and sheltering, while providing education, adoptions, spay/neuter and community outreach volunteer programs. For many rescued animals, WoodHaven Rescue Farm becomes their sanctuary, and they live out the rest of their lives here in a safe environment

We will be hosting our fifth annual Open House on October 3, 2026, and we would be thrilled if your company or small business could be a vendor. The event is free for the community to attend, see our farm, and meet our animal residents. There are opportunities to purchase goods and food and to donate to our rescue.

Vendors will be given a 10x10 space to set up a booth. You must provide your table, chairs, pop-up tent, and anything else you may need. You keep all your proceeds, and there is a flat fee of $100 to reserve your space. We are unable to provide any electric hookups. We will limit the number of vendor types to one to reduce competition so that each type can earn as much money as possible from selling wares. The application is first come/first serve.
